1. Booking Payments (Customers)

All payments made by customers for service bookings through BookAExpert.com are directly transferred to the respective service provider.

BookAExpert.com does not hold responsibility for cancellations, refunds, or disputes related to bookings. Customers are advised to contact the service provider directly regarding any changes or cancellations.
2. Subscription Payments (Service Providers/Experts)

Service providers/businesses pay a subscription fee to list and manage their services on BookAExpert.com.

General Policy: All subscription plans are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once purchased.
3. Special Condition – Pro Advantage Plan

For the Pro Advantage Plan, a refund may be requested only if:

The full subscription period has ended, and

The business has not received any bookings during that period.

Refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 15 working days after verification.
4. Compensation for Other Plans

For subscription plans other than Pro Advantage, refunds are not applicable.

In the event of no bookings received during the subscription period, BookAExpert.com may offer a validity extension as a goodwill compensation, subject to approval.
5. Changes to Policy
