Experts are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of BookAExpert.com and does not provide services and is not responsible for the actions or omissions of Experts.

2.2. Booking and Payments: Customers may book services offered by Experts through the Platform. By booking a service, Customers agree to pay the agreed-upon fee for the service. Payment should be collected direly by the experts, BookAExpert.com not responsible for payments.

2.3. Cancellation of Service Request: Customers may cancel bookings subject to the cancellation policy specified by the Experts. Refunds may be issued in accordance with the Experts refund policy in its sole discretion.

3. Responsibilities and Conduct

3.1. Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when booking services and for complying with any additional requirements or instructions provided by Providers. Customers must treat Providers with respect and refrain from engaging in any abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior.

3.2. Experts Responsibilities: Experts are responsible for delivering services in a professional manner and in accordance with any agreements made with Customers. Experts must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, maintain appropriate licenses and permits, and ensure the safety and satisfaction of Customers.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. Ownership: All content and materials on the Platform except the business listings, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of BookAExpert.com or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content on the Platform without prior written consent from BookAExpert.com. The business listings texts, logos, graphics and images are the property of experts.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

5.1. No Warranty: The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. BookAExpert.com makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the Platform or the services provided by Experts.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Exclusion of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookAExpert.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or the services provided by Experts.

7. Indemnification

7.1. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alogah.com, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or any breach of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
